Cancellation Policy

When a reservation has been confirmed, please check our cancellation policy at the time of booking. The person making the reservation is responsible for the agreed cancellation fee. Please telephone immediately in the event of a cancellation. Should it be necessary to cancel or amend a booking without sufficient prior notice, the following charges apply.

  • 1. 7-14 days notice - 50% of the 1st night
  • 2. 24 hours - 6 days notice - 75 % of the 1st night
  • 3. Failure to show - 100% of the 1st night.

  • Rooms available between 3pm and 6pm. (except by prior arrangement)
  • Check out should be no later than 10.30am.
  • Reservations are normally held until 6pm

    Reduction for Children

    This applies where children share with a parent or three or more children share one room.

  • Full rate applies when one or two children occupy separate rooms.
